ELRU is internationally recognised for over 37 years of high quality, high impact service to build the foundation of early childhood development. This is realised by providing the support needed by practitioners, caregivers and children from conception to 6 years to engage in a world of stimulating, safe and healthy learning experiences.
In the Garden
"In the Garden" is a publication for early learning. In this Maths and Science themed book, ELRU shows young children on an adventure in relatable scenes to help young learners better understand the applications of these subjects.
A Museum Visit
“A Museum Visit” documents a visit made by the Iziko Mobile Museum to a preschool in Bredasdorp to provide the children there with stimulation, learning and fun. As the story develops a little girl calls her friend in Cape Town to tell him about the Mobile Museum's visit. The little boy and his father then go to visit the Iziko Natural History Museum.
Wonderful Waste
"Wonderful Waste" explores what we throw away, how we dispose of them and the many ways in which they can be reused/recycled instead.
